Dreadful interview process. Was invited to undertake a value behaviours assessment for a fairly senior position. The instructions were not clear on whether multiple positive options could be selected, so I assumed only one could be selected. Within seconds of submitting the assessment I received an automated rejection claiming to be sent "after careful consideration".

Formulaic. After the standard screening interview, an invitation to participate in a psych test -- with results valid for 6 months. Nothing out of the ordinary -- no interview with anyone other than HR until you are afinalist for a posted position.
