Interview
Super standard with questions such about adversity, talked about technical experience. Don't do anything foolish and you'll be fine. It was weird in that the first round with was a consultant that wasn't part of the company, they were outsourced.

Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a co-worker, how did you handle it
Standard interview with HR and technical type questions. The interview was approximately 45 minutes. After the interview, references were through survey platform where all 4 references complete a survey and results are averaged and provided into one comprehensive report for the hiring team to review.

Interview
It was straightforward. Got a call from HR first and then an interview was scheduled with hiring manager. The interview with hiring manager was 1 hr long. It mainly emphasized on my undergraduate project followed by a case study.

Some technical questions and some questions about experience. Asked about background with chemical data, data analysis, CEQA, and environmental planning. Technical questions included different scenarios and how I would react.
