After submitting application, took about 3 was to be notified of next steps. Then received email for assessments, if passed will receive an additional email to be scheduled for a telephone interview

Tell me a time you had a difficult client, how did you handle the situation
interview was easy to pass. just have a pulse and you have the job. simple. I'm only doing this review to look at reviews. go figure. good luck. and of course I have to keep writing to reach a minimum of 30 words. so most of these reviews are probably just gibberish to read real reviews. catch 22 lol.

Interview
Had a phone interview who asked basic interview questions. Gave what I feel as an honest description of what the job entails. The interviewer was easy to speak with. She told me about her experience as someone in the position I was applying for since she started there herself. Thought it was strange that there wasn't an in-person interview or another phone interview with my direct supervisor.
