Not much to tell. I emailed the hiring manager directly. He is not big on communicating (I thought it was just that he was busy), so the whole process took a while. The manager gave my information to someone in the group and had them set up the interview and do all of the communicating with me.
This other person ended up participating in the interview as well. Neither of them really knew what they were doing and they each had a printed list of potential interview questions, and the simply flipped through the pages asking questions they thought were relevant.
