Interview process had three interviewers. One is the manager, two were peers. Before the job offer was extended, I was alerted that the manager was leaving the company even though this person had not worked there for a year. That made me want another interview to ask about the actual manager. We proceeded with another call, and I received an offer in writing. But I ended up taking a competing offer. Good organization of scheduling. Good transparency.
