Very light …felt very comfortable with this process…Just be yourself talk to the individual speaking to you as though they have known you forever… don’t be afraid to ask questions they’re not going to bite your head off… They do listen to everything you do say… They will work with you and they will ask you if you have any concerns… They really mean it!!!

I cannot really remember any specific question that was asked of me since I am a former employee… My biggest concern was when I could start if I was available to start and win… Did I have any upcoming engagement that needed attention
