Phone interview with HR. 3 in person interviews with the 3 directors and an AVP. The three in person interviews were relatively informal and easy going. The focus was behavior based, "what would you do if" type questions.
In my case they offered me a salary below expectations. I negotiated a raise after a probation period. This agreement was a lie and after the probation period there said they couldn't review salaries until the following year. I doubt all hiring managers lack integrity, but that was my experience.
