Applied through school, was invited to have interview at school about a week later, interview question mostly behavioral, heard back from them for about 2 months saying why they didn't offer me a job

Interview
There was only 1 round of panel interview, the panels and HR were very nice and patient. The interview was chill, mixed with both behavioural and technical questions, slightly weighing more on behavioural questions

Interview
1st round video interviw: self-recording to answer two behavioral questions.
2nd on-site: questions about resume and transcript, then more behavioral questions.
3rd round: a group networking event, a chance to talk to senior members of the actuarial team, actually not an interview, if you are at this state you have already been selected.
