I recently attended Sutherland international voice process interview.There are 3 rounds of interview one is with HR they ask simple questions about ourself after that we need to complete assessment test which is open book assessment it is also easy to clear...but the 3rd one interview is with manager it is very hard to clear because he asked about Amazon devices and he expect indepth of answer from me ....he don't give importance to communication....he mainly check wheather we can able to give solution technically or not ....so as a fresher I can't able to answer that type of questions....so I got rejected ....my bad luck the panel was really strict........
