I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Swiss Re (Zürich)
Interview
Was sind Ihre Schwächen? Was suchen Sie in einem Job?)
I applied online. I interviewed at Swiss Re (Bengaluru)
Interview
The team made it feel very pleasant and friendly. Three rounds with emphasis on different aspects. Technical and general HR the questions. Why do you want to work here, why not other options etc. Several questions were in technical fundamentals.
Sent CV through university website and got contacted by phone the week after, followed by 2 tecnical interviews with several members of the team. very nice people and nice overall experience
2 interview rounds - no response after the second interview for 2 months. I assume I didn’t make it to third round, which is totally fine, but how long does it take to send a rejection email! Unprofessional behavior - save your time and don’t apply.
