Interview
4 round of interview.
1. Telephonic round - Basic of testing ABC, software life cycle, Bug life cycle, Agile way of tetsing.
2. Java coding round- core Java, inheritance , oops concepts, snippets and predicting output,Collections framework.
3. Framework and automation - selenium,cucumber, Test Ng annotations,TDD,BDD.
4. Client Round- scenario based questions on how to test complex requirements, when to agree on final sign off of product as QA.
involves several stages, First is Technical Round, Second Also Technical Then HR round.
Each interviewer evaluates candidates based on their performance.
A check on references, employment history, or criminal record is conducted for the finalist candidates.
