My interview process occurred during the summer of 2021 and included an initial phone screen with someone in Takeda Clinical Ops group, then about a month later I had a series of three panel interviews via MS Teams. The first two were with director-level Clinical Ops members and the last interview was more of a "culture fit" interview with two colleagues in the sub-department that intended to send me a job offer.
