Interview
Video interview round involving a camera count down and four questions. If successful in that stage they rang you or emailed you and an interview was set up with the manager and team leads. Due to covid the interview was conducted online. Lovely people would highly recommend applying.
The process took two weeks. They asked many technical questions, looking for the understanding of my preveous experiences and my technical knowledge in analytical chemistry. The questions were resonable and some of them I did not proved a clear answer.
It consisted of three separate interviews within the span of 1 week. The first interview involved the hr department, the second interview was with the supervisor and the last interview was with the head of quality.

Interview
Screening phone call initially with HR / recruiter and then a formal interview following this, if successful. The phone call lasted about twenty minutes. The formal interview had lab personnel and was over Microsoft teams / Zoom. Overall a relatively straightforward and typical interview experience.
