There is a lot of pressure in this industry so they want to know how you would react when something goes wrong and you have to respond quickly...

Applied online, face to face interview with panel. Standard questions asked, nothing unexpected, competence based scenarios. Interviewers all very personable, did not feel uncomfortable. Talked about previous experience and why wanted to apply for this role.
