Applied online. Called me to arrange an interview. Interview was around 20/30 mins, some competency based questions and others about more work-culture fits e.g. asking about hobbies, etc to see if you are well-rounded I guess? Gave clear and sufficiently elaborate answers. Was offered the job same day against a few dozen others which I was glad for.

Great interview, management were great and had a clear interview structure that made the whole process flow and came out with a clear understanding of the role and requirements that led to me accepting the role.

Straight forward, basic questions on your approach to work and thought process with a test that was marked post interview process. Got offered after first round and started the following week.
