Applied for the position online, and received a phone call a couple of days later inviting me to an interview at the Tesco Extra store in Leyland, The interview was informal discussing my previous experience at Mark&Spencer amongst other things, I left the interview feeling I did well in the interview and I had a good chance of progressing to the next stage, a couple of days later I received an email from Tesco informing me that I had not been successful this time and would no longer be considered for the position, I received a telephone call the following day from the manager who had interviewed me inviting me to participate in a driving assessment with them, I admitted to being a little confused due to the email I had received the day before, I informed the manager I was speaking to that since I was no longer being considered for the vacancy with Tesco's I had accepted a vacancy with another company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WORK FOR THIS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANISED DISGRACE OF A COMPANY.
