Several online tests, a lengthy form, telephone interview and assessment centre. The lady for the telephone interview was lovely and made me feel very at ease. They let you know the same day which is positive.

Interview
Applied online, immediately sent online tests to complete. Immediately then sent a Hireview interview invitation. A very straightforward process with little time pressure if you start well in advance of the deadline.
