They sit down with you and review the information you have submitted. They then address any concerns they may have with your submition , if everything looks acceptable they will have you come in whenever your ready to work
They asked only two questions that did not pertain to food service and still offered me the job. The turnover seemed very high so the interview process could be more thorough.

Interview
Interview was very brief and basic. Asked me about my past experience. Was told that there are others he has to interview today and bla bla bla. Never heard from them again and no offer was ever given.
Was asked about previous restaraunt experience. Met with shift manager to discuss hours. Discussed job description and expectations. Met with members of the team, servers, bartender/bar back, bussers, line cooks, and management. Was given an offer that day.
