Multiple interviews with the managers on staff and managing partner. Interview was located at the restaurant and the sales manager began the interview, followed by the managing partner and ending with the other general manager on site that day. There were a variety of questions asked pertaining to the restaurant with a big emphasis on customer service. Ample time was give to ask questions if there were any. Everyone was very professional and wanted to get to know the candidate and how they could enhance the current team.

There are two rounds, the first was light conversation about responsibilities and questions about certain situations. Really nice and courteous staff, they also had lots of snacks and refreshments at the interview.

Interview
It was a mass interview, kind of like a machine, so don't get overwhelmed if it feels like you are walking into something grand. Dress to impress. After working at the job for a while, my employers said that dressing in a suit really added to their perception of me before even speaking to me. I was first met at a check-in, then taken back to a table with the lead of the team I was applying for: the host lead. Once the host lead determined she liked me, she sent over the managing partner. At this location, I applied for the opening of the restaurant, so I was offered the job on the spot. I am unsure if the managers offer a job on the spot in a typical interview.

It was laidback, comfortable, & warm. I remember calling and being interviewed by Todd. He was personable & respectful. I also got the honor of being interviewed by Jon who welcomed me with open arms.
