Very thorough and very relaxed. I applied in-person at the retail site. I was greeted professionally and the staff was eager to get to know me, they made me feel welcome and like it was a place I wanted to be employed at.

Simple, straightforward. The managers mostly wanted an understanding of how you interacted in groups of people and one on one with individuals in order to solve problems on the fly. Much of the interview was about presenting yourself as approachable, curious, and friendly.

What organizing project have you completed at home?
The interview was pretty straightforward. They mainly asked about my previous experience, the type of work I’ve done before, and what days or times during the week I’m usually unavailable or already committed. It felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview, which helped ease any nerves.
It was a great process, and the company was very communicative along the way. They called and emailed to give me updates. The interview was very conversational and easy-going. The manager there was very easy to talk to and gave information on the job on interview day.
