The Container Store Sales, Visual Sales interview questions

Owing to the fact that it was for the post-Thanksgiving rush, the interview process was pretty streamlined. I submitted my application online and had to wait about a week to hear back. First, I had a phone screening with one of the store managers. At the end of the conversation, she asked me to come in and watch a round of merchandise processing. I shadowed for about an hour at 6am, after which the sales floor leader asked me about what I observed, as well as some questions about work availability. A few days later, I was offered the job over the phone.

Basic group interview of 10 applicants. Called back for a one on one a week later. Final small group interview of 5 applicants a week after that. Notified of hire two days later.
