Interview
On campus followed by onsite interview (Bay Area). Technical hiring managers from several locations came to the onsite. All the recruits came on the same date and interviewed with the managers one-on-one but on a rotational schedule throughout the day. Ended with a tour of the facility. Dinner the night before as an unofficial "group interview"

We were not prepped by the recruiter- did not know in advance who would be interviewing us or what positions were open. Interviewers wanted very detailed responses re: how our technical expertise would fit with their open positions. Wish I could have prepared more!
