Question 1
How they best use your prior work experiences in excelling their store goals.
Easy with no issues, probably 10-15 minutes, if you like in and out interviews, questions and answering type of conversation you'll do good . I can see this company being a company that'll hire you on the spot if they like you enough
The manager was very friendly and engaged in the interview. He seemed genuinely excited about the different offerings at the store. The staff absolutely do not match his energy and interest so there is some disconnect between employees and management.
