Applied online in response to a job ad. Got a phone call from HR right away. After talking with HR, email from HR for a phone assessment. Passed the assessment. Know the result right away. But the background check took 2 weeks.

Interview
After applying for the job position online the phone interview was scheduled with the third party company, then skills testing, followed by Skype interview. Your office and equipment had to be ready. The start date was set by the company and no wiggle room because of the group training for multiple new hires.
