I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Turner Construction (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2009
Interview
I first spoke with an HR person from Turner Construction at a career fair at my University. We spoke for a few minutes then she asked me if I would like to do a formal interview for the company. The next day I had an interview. I dressed business casual and was at the interview on time. The HR person had many interviews that day and was running a little late. When I got into the room with the person we first began to discuss my resume and all the things that were on it. The interview was very casual she never asked any of the hard questions like what are your strengths and weaknesses. I thought the interview was one of the best I ever had. When she was done asking all the questions I had several questions that I had for her to answer and then the interview was done. I was later contacted and they have given me a second interview which will be held at the actual office.
