Phone interview with U.S. Bank recruiter for an hour, then phone interview with hiring manager the next day. People seemed very friendly and position sounds well established with many peers to work with.

Question 1
I was asked about my employment history and experience, how I felt about making presentations, if I had ever received cash awards. They asked about how I had made an improvement to a process.
Very easy and everyone was nice throughout the process. They joined on time and seemed engaged throughout. Would’ve loved an opportunity but still grateful for an interview. I only did the first behavioral.
Went great, they were forward and honest with all questions and how the role was very much an introduction to the bank, not where you’d find yourself forever. Was to be viewed as a launching platform for where you want to go in the future
