Applied online then received a call to come in for an interview. One in person interview with managers, answered a few questions about working in retail, then I was offered the job during the interview and was given details about when to complete orientation.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
