Interview process was good and straight to the point. Also the process was not long and drawn out. They explained the STAR method that would be used during the interview process. Also HR was detailed on initial call with who you would be meeting with as well as the behavioral interview style.
Phone screen with recruiter, then virtual meeting with two hiring managers at once, then another virtual meeting with the hiring manager and another team member while completing a case study during the meeting, then offer.
Behavioral and job specific questions. They expalined the job and then i explained the resume. They gave me an opportunity to ask them questions at the end. There was 2 people interviewing me, manager and senior manager.
Long interview process for network planning- 1) interview with recruiter, 2) Case study for hour 3) Interview with manager and another interview. The process took so long and did not end up moving forward.
