I apply online for a cadet from united airlines, when I start fill out the application form, they need me to record the interview, they will write the interview question on the top and you will have 3 chances to record your best one, you will hit start recording and start answer the questions. they will review it after you done.

What interests you about working for united Airline?
straigth forward, no surprises. 3 x Pilot's, physical, 2 X HR personnel, review of logbook, asked regulatory questions then simulator ride in wide body sim.
