Interview
Call with recruiter followed by a 45 min technical interview. A call with the hiring manager and final call with Director of Engineering. It took almost a month to complete all of the interviews.
Finally, after completing all of them I emailed both the recruiter AND the hiring manager and never heard back. It's not a great way to treat people in general.

Interview
Process was great up until the tech interview. The opportunity was explained as hands on development backend role but interviewer just asked questions about high level infrastructure in AWS and theory that would not be used in practice. Mostly gotcha questions. Interviewer was looking for reasons to not hire instead of reasons to hire. Clearly did not read my resume and was a waste of all of our time.
