Interview
About 4 week process. I applied online and received a call from a recruiter 2 weeks later. 3 days later I had to do a panel interview with team lead and hiring manager. After 1 week passed received job offer. The interview was pretty laid back and interviewers were very easy to talk to.

If the world was coming to an end what weapon would you choose? How do you handle a difficult coworker? Describe a time you used your technical expertise to solve a problem?
Seamless process with very kind people. They made it easy to talk about my experience prior and answered all of my questions honestly. They went by fairly quickly but it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

There are 2 rounds for interviews, one was over the phone and the other is on Microsoft Teams. The first interview was a lot of asking why I wanted to work for Vanguard, my experience, etc. I have not done the second interview yet.
