Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter who asked common behavioral questions and basic background of the company and values. Shortly after (day or so) was contacted to schedule an in person interview.
The in person interview consist of:
- informational presentation of Vanguard
- a interview with a hiring manager who goes over your background and gives you a role play
- another interview with a hiring manager or employee who goes over your background and as technical questions

The interview went great, and the interviewer was very helpful, respectful, and professional throughout the conversation, which made the experience feel comfortable, positive, and informative for me. I really enjoyed the feedback and the welcoming conversation we had.

Interview
First, an online job tryout, then an HR phone interview that is slightly about your history and mainly learning about the position. Finally, a 45 min interview with a team lead that is very behavioral.
