STAR methodology, nothing super hard. The recruiter called me to give me an overview on the company and the role. I came to meet first with the line manager and then a few other team leaders. Actually, I was lucky that I ended up working for the manager I clicked with. I later learned this is the exception

Tell me about a time when? Can you tell me about your strengths/weaknesses? Give me an example of a time when you fixed or improved a process. Focus on the STAR format since they will live and breathe by this method. Also, you will be asked to take a quick role playing. ALWAYS smile and be positive.
