I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vanguard in Feb 2025
Interview
Extremely transparent, straight-forward interview process. I applied online and heard back from a recruiter pretty soon afterwards about scheduling a phone screening. Took about 40 minutes; first 30 was your typical "tell me about yourself" and details about the job. Then went into 10 minutes of behavioral questions ("tell me about a time when..."), but not very difficult questions. Told me at the end of the call that I'd be moving onto the next round. Easy to schedule; recruiter told me exactly what to expect from the next round which was refreshingly kind. Next round was 30-minute zoom with a manager. Strictly behavioral questions - and they really value what you know about the company and your answer to "why do you want to work here." Guy was pretty friendly. By the end of the interview it was pretty clear I would be getting an offer. I received an offer only two days later and was given almost three weeks to decide, which I also hugely appreciated. Generally the most pleasant and straight-forward interview process I've ever been through. Not trying to trick you, just want to make sure you know what the job entails and are enthusiastic about it.

Name one time you helped a customer in a tough position
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Vanguard
Interview
First, an online job tryout, then an HR phone interview that is slightly about your history and mainly learning about the position. Finally, a 45 min interview with a team lead that is very behavioral.
