Interview
The initial call was a standard HR call. They asked basic STAR questions and "Why Vanguard". I recommend doing a little research on the company beforehand, as that helped when answering some of the questions.

Over the phone for first round. Very friendly and felt more like a conversation at first, then came a few behavioral questions using the STAR method. Know the company and what sets them apart from others.

The interview went great, and the interviewer was very helpful, respectful, and professional throughout the conversation, which made the experience feel comfortable, positive, and informative for me. I really enjoyed the feedback and the welcoming conversation we had.
