I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon in Jan 2017
Interview
Basic behavioural interview, I expected a technical interview, but received none. I've heard that the used to ask technical questions but have been phasing that part of the interview process out. Being a video montage, you have an unlimited amount number of attempts to rerecord yourself, but be sure to dress formally.
The interviewer was very rude . Asked what I know and what I do not know and deliberately asked the topics I mentioned I didn't . Wrapped up the interview in 15 minutes

Interview
Easy and quick, started with an email out to their recruitment team. Got an email back and arranged interview. Then received an email back within the next week saying the result.

Interview
first contact was with a recruiter. Then an interview was scheduled with two managers. Pretty standard interview questions “Describe a situation where you…”. Just a little bit of googling before your interview should prepare you for these kinds of questions. Then there was some technical questions They weren’t real hard, But one of them I wasn’t super comfortable talking about, especially with people who definitely did know what they were talking about, so I just said I’m familiar with the concept, but I don’t know enough to explain it.
