I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon in Feb 2022
Interview
This process is very long , it’s been over a month,I still don’t know if I got the job either. (I actually did get the job after posting this!)
I got a message on indeed from a recruiter asking if I would like to apply because my resume impressed them. I applied and took their assessment it was pretty long but I passed it. Then I was asked to provide more information about previous employment and previous addresses I’ve lived. Next I had to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was with a recruiter he was very nice and he said he was highly recommending me and he scheduled my video chat interview the following week. (Heads up, you need to be vaccinated no matter what job you take even if it’s remote)
The last step is the video interview. It lasted 45 minutes, the first round of questions was if I would be comfortable working from home, if I’m comfortable with the schedule, etc. the last round of questions was 6 questions. She asked me to name a time when I didn’t have supervisor guidance and how I handled the situation on my own. How I’ve handled irate customers at previous jobs. And the last few questions were odd. She asked me what technology I was excited for and I had to name it and give details about it. The other question was “name a time your employer changed your technology and how did it effect you” It completely caught me off guard so I stumbled a bit especially when she asked me for the specific name of it(I honestly couldn’t remember). Overall it’s a very long process. It’s been 3 days and my dashboard still says “under consideration”
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Verizon (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2026
Interview
The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Question 1
How would you handle an angry or disgruntled customer?
Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
