I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (London, England) in Jul 2019
Interview
Started with a phone call where they asked me why do I want to work there and previous experience. I was then called into an interview a few days later. The interview process took 2 hours. The first activity was saying about yourself and a fun fact. This was followed by a group activity where our group had to build a bridge out of wooden sticks- a good ice breaker. This was followed by a selling activity where you had an option out of 5 options of underwear/perfume. Next was a folding knickers activity into a draw within 5 minutes. The final one was within a group where they asked you interview questions. Quite a relaxed process but intimidating have 4 members of staff writing down everything you say.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
