Easy, very straight forward. The unit manager just asked me simple questions and informed me of the type of job I’d be on and what my day would be on average and asked if I was comfortable with that.
The interview was very easy, with paid training following. Applied with a QR code, scheduled the interview myself, and was in and out of the interview in about five minutes, maybe less.
very quick and easy. got hired on the spot. the manager was nice. started working the same week. easy questions asked. background and other information. didn't feel too professional or too unorganized
