First had a phone screen with HR, then in an person interview at the store. Lots of situational questions and personality questions to gauge how you handle difficult customers. I think it helps if you have past experience working in the service industry.
easy, what-if scenarios, availability. it is a lot of basic interview questions. they want to know if you are good with a team and not violent or easily angered. a lot of highschoolers apply to this job so it is very basic.
