Interview
During the interview, I discussed my customer service experience, adaptability, and familiarity with the menu. The manager asked about cash handling, flexible hours, and presented scenarios to assess problem-solving skills. We talked about teamwork, safety protocols, and the training process. The interview ended positively with details about the next steps in the hiring process.
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.

Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer
Super easy and very communicative. Prompt emails after the interviews - 1 interview but the future manager, did not accept job though. Pretty straightforward process at Wendy’s, nothing unexpected came up
The interview was very unprofessional. The hiring manager who was interviewing me was very rude in rushing throughout the interview. After the interview, I did not hear back for several weeks until I called them again.
