Interview
The interview process was awful. I was scheduled for an interview at 11am on a Friday and when I went in for it, I was told they don't do interviews at 11 at all due to the lunch rush. I scheduled for another day sometime after the lunch rush and I was told there was no interview scheduled to begin with. Apparently, the company they schedule interviews with doesn't always communicate with the location the interview is meant to be at.
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.

Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer
Super easy and very communicative. Prompt emails after the interviews - 1 interview but the future manager, did not accept job though. Pretty straightforward process at Wendy’s, nothing unexpected came up
The interview was very unprofessional. The hiring manager who was interviewing me was very rude in rushing throughout the interview. After the interview, I did not hear back for several weeks until I called them again.
