Thanks for your review. A real human looks at all of the video interviews. There is no robot making decisions here :) It is also not uncommon for us to review resumes and videos over the weekend. I'm sorry that it didn't work out, but our decisions are based on candidates' experience and communication skills in comparison with many other people who are interviewing for the same position.
