Interviewed with the recruiter and advanced to the hiring manager interview. There were layoffs in the midst of the hiring process which delayed and confused things a bit. With repeated follow up, I advanced to the hiring manager round of interviews.

Multiple Rounds with different people. The process was long. It started with HR. The second round was an onsite with three people leaders/senior resources. The third round was with the VP of the organization and the final round was with the SVP.

The had me to a simulated practical with a customer. They also asked detail PM questions. Questions on handling escalations. Question on saying "No" to a customer. Question on handling difficult employee development situations.
