I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Workday in Feb 2016
Interview
I talked to a few recruiters at a career workshop they held in my college. They reached out a day later (via text), and scheduled an interview to meet with me on campus. The interview was one on one (with, I assume, my would-be manager), and lasted around 45 minutes.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The question concerned UML diagrams, and how I would label/organize the various classes in a company, and the relationships between them. There were no coding/algorithm questions.
Overall process was smooth. The HRs were professional, and quick follow-up. Recruiters were friendly too. Many openings with different roles, you are able to interview for different roles at the same time
The interviews consisted of 1 design, 2 behavioral and 1 demo of their product. The last interviewer behaved rude and raised his tone while speaking. Disappointing behavior from him. Other interviewers were ok I think

Question 1
Design Ride sharing app. Was added more requirements
Thank you for sharing your interview experience with us. We'd appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further via email. Please reach out to interview@workday.com, and we look forward to hearing from you.
This was pre-pandemic. I had a recruiter call, followed by the hiring manager call. I didn't think it was technical. After than, I went onsite and did 4 interviews back to back. The results came after a few days.

Question 1
Since it's app dev, the interview was very easy. There wasn't really any LC style of questions, but more on class diagrams/relationships.
