I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Workday (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2011
Interview
Hiring process was easy. One phone interview involving coding an actual solution. Several questions on fundamental cs topics. Setting up a time for a phone interview was somewhat troublesome, as they are very busy during the main hiring cycle. The phone interview itself was well conducted, though there was a lot of noise on the other end. It was difficult to understand the interviewer the first time around.
It was pretty easy, the interviewer was nice. Very straightforward, with typical first interview questions. She was quite friendly too which made me less nervous. Although it took a while to hear back.
Thank you for sharing your interview experience with Workday. We are pleased to hear that you were made to feel at ease and that you had a positive interview with our team.
