Straight forward process with 4 rounds that I know of 1) Screening call with the HR 2) Hiring Manager 3) Business Partner 4) Business partner 2 Everyone I spoke to was nice and warm and gave a clear picture of what it's like to work within the team as per the role and the overall Workday culture. The disappointing bit is that they never got back after 4 rounds of interview, 4 weeks since the last round, couple of follow ups, but no feedback or update ont he decision timeline whatsoever. Don't think that's professional, unfortunately. I think it sets the wrong tone about the company overall especially given that they work in the HCM /HR space.
