I applied through college or university. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (London, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
Very uncoordinated. Seemed not to be aligned on the internal process - who would do the interview, format, timing, expectations, etc. Communication afterwards was unclear as well. That said, the people were very, very nice.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when something you were doing didn't work.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your interview with our team; we genuinely appreciate it. We're glad to hear that you met some great workmates. Recognizing that the interview was uncoordinated and communication was unclear is equally crucial, as it helps us identify areas for ongoing improvement and growth.
The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Workday (Upper Marlboro, MD)
Interview
Initial call with recruiter. Meeting with hiring manager. Followed by 5 interviews various team members over the course of a week. The team was personable and asked reasonable questions. The recruiter didn’t follow-up/check-in. The whole process took 2 months. Radio silence for a month, no reply to my emails. Then finally a response with my not appropriately written(initial).. Recruiters please regularly check on your candidates. Had the relevant experience required but they’re STILL interviewing for the perfect candidate.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Workday in Feb 2021
Interview
Long interview process with entire management team, great conversation and test on skills with their product. They are very professional and ask to the point questions regarding work history and experience
Recently workday started their operation in India Mumbai recently. Forget about the interview opportunity. You would never get a call from recruiter other than Mumbai city as few people in leadership position or HR talent division in India are doing all biased kind of recruitment I feel. They are recruiting people only known to them. They prefer only people from Mumbai whereas this clause is no where written in the JD. If you have the 70-80% skills match still you won't get call from recruiter.
Gradually workday India will just become like a normal India companies with lots of organisational politics and work culture.
