I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Workday (Salt Lake City, UT) in Apr 2015
Interview
Initial phone screen with the recruiter... then moved to an on site where I met with 4 different managers. Very basic sales interview, research everything you can about Workday. Be able to defend your resume and clearly explain your experiences. Some of the managers will try to be tough and drill you with questions. Be honest with them and know that they will do their homework on you before you come into the interview.

Question 1
why this role? why workday? why you? how do you deal with failure?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Drawn out process over weeks. Very uncoordinated. Led to believe there was an offer then ghosted multiple times. Passed around between recruiters who were on spring break. I expected better communication and coordination from a company of this size.
