I was first contacted by the recruiter to schedule a screening. It was very short and not very informative. I then met with the hiring manager, and again this meeting was very short, but I learned a bit more about the job. After this meeting, the recruiter emailed me to schedule the final round interview and asked for my availability. I replied almost immediately and then was ghosted. After multiple follow ups with both the recruiter and hiring manager, I still have not heard a thing. The very least a company can do is let you know they are moving forward with different candidates. Ghosting is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of organization and poor communication. After doing some research on the company, it was honestly a blessing in disguise. Definitely do your research on this company before wasting your time on an application and interview.
